Bayanix Ltd appointed as the main contractor for high-end Hackney townhouses

We are pleased to be awarded the contract to carry out the internal fit-out of five new build properties in a residential area of Hackney, East London.

Bayanix has been selected by developer Northill Properties to act as main contractor for the fit-out phase of their 3-bedroom townhouses.

The 23 week project is due to start mid-November, with the transformation of this former warehouse completing in late April 2021. We will be carrying the full interior fit-out, including all MEP works.
