Bayanix Ltd commences Covent Garden residential refurbishment

We are pleased to be setting up site this week at a prestigious duplex apartment in the heart of London’s Covent Garden.

Bayanix has been selected by the private client to strip out their apartment and transform their living space into a property with the ‘wow factor’.

The 18 week project will see:

• the installation of new MEP services
• redesigned entrance hall and floating staircase
• new bedrooms and bathrooms
• installation of a new kitchen, dining and living area
• transformation of the terraces to provide secluded outdoor dining and relaxtion areas
