Bayanix adds a new tree to the grove in honour of The Queen
Bayanix has recently donated to Trees for Life to have its own grove in the Caledonian Forest of Scotland. We have planted our inaugural tree in honour of the late Monarch, HM Queen Elizabeth II, in recognition of her 70 years of service to this country.
This is the first of many more trees we hope to plant, in order to help restore the forest.
Recent studies have found that trees may be the best way to stablise our climate, by removing CO2 from the atmosphere and locking it up.
This rich habitat supports wildlife, such as the red squirrel, black grouse, pine marten and golden eagle.
