Leading property developer, Aquila Holdings, required the refurbishment of their second-floor unit located near to their prestigious Bond Street development. The refurbishment will conclude their head office operations and enable them to move into their prominent new site.
Located in the heart of Chelmsford city centre - a full fit out solution was required to transform the unit into smart and functional offices. The client maintains excellent relations with local proprietors and residents and all works must not cause any disruption.
Bayanix produced a bespoke design and implementation plan for Aquila with focus on controlled and unobtrusive works, whilst efficiently meeting the deadline. We created contained workspace and conducted any noisier works outside of office hours. The Bayanix team kept local businesses and neighbours briefed to avoid and address any concerns in advance.
