Bayanix was approached by a private residential property development company to price the full fitout of 5 new build terrace town houses. The client wanted to work with a high quality and reliable contractor to finish the development, other contractors had completed the ground works and constructed the building shell The town houses were to have the ‘wow factor’ with the look and feel to suit their vibrant location in the heart of East London.
Bayanix were appointed as principal contractor on a JCT D&B contract.
