The Solution

Bayanix worked with Fiona Barratt Interiors to provide solutions to meet the owners’ needs, whilst liaising closely and working to the logistics and requirements of the Estates Team to ensure zero disruption to the development.

KEY CONSIDERATIONS

• Removal of WC and vanity unit to form new powder room
• Removal of existing carpet in bedrooms 2 and 3; installation of new Havwoods UV-Oiled Engineered Timber Flooring, inset with a handmade bespoke woven wool rug
• Installation of feature wall panelling and wall papering with silver leaf to bedroom 2
• Repositioning of existing lights and sockets, including associated builders works throughout the apartment
• Installation of new chandeliers and feature lighting
• Decorations to walls and ceilings throughout the apartment.
• The relocation of Crestron control units and full reprogramming of the Lutron system incorporating lights, blackout shears and curtains

THE RESULTS

 The apartment was handed back to Fiona Barratt Interiors on time and to the highest standard.

Excellent relations were maintained with the Chelsea Barracks estates team throughout the construction phase and the project was delivered seamlessly.
